Friday and Saturday, September 29th and 30th

The Richmond Congregational Church at 20 Church Street is having a rummage sale from 10am Saturday and 9am to 1pm Sunday.

Saturday, September 30th

Heineberg Community Senior Center at 14 Heineberg Road in Burlington is holding a Craft Fair from 9am to 2pm. Admission is free and there is plenty of free parking.

The Richford United Methodist Church is having a dine-in or take-out chicken pie supper at 5:30pm. Reservations are appreciated. Call 802-848-3477

The Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce presents he Farmers’ Market and Fall Fest from noon to 3pm. For more details, go to www.ticonderogany.com

Friday, October 6th

VFW Post 6689, 73 Pearl Street in Essex Junction is having a fish dinner from 6pm to 7pm. The public is invited.

Friday and Saturday, October 6th and 7th

The Church of Fairfax is having a rummage sale at the Fairfax Community Center at 1210 Main Street from 1pm to 6pm on Friday and from 9am to 2pm on Saturday.

Friday October 6 thru Sunday October 8

The Lamoille County Players present “The Haunting of Hill House” at the Hyde Park Opera House—with 7pm performances Friday & Saturday, and a 2pm Sunday Matinee. 

Friday October 6 thru Monday October 9

“Bake Sale” at the South Hero Jolley on Route 2 from 5am-to-9pm each day—to benefit the store’s Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign. 

Saturday, October 7th

St. Peter’s Church, 85 South Maple Street in Vergennes is having Bingo. Doors open at 5pm and this family-friendly event begins at 6pm.

The Knights of Columbus, Council #2610 is hosting Bingo at All Saint Parish Hall, 160 Main Street in Richford. Doors open at 11:30am and the games begin at 1pm.

The Lyon Mountain American Legion Post 1623 is having a Baked Chicken dinner from 3pm to 6pm dine in or take out. Call 518-735-9998

The First Congregational Church of Brookfield at the corner of Ridge Road and Route 63 is hosting a Pancake Breakfast from 7am to 1pm.

Vermont Fish and Wildlife is having its 21st Dead Creek Wildlife Day at the management area on Route 17, west of Route 22A IN Addison from 10am to 4pm. Visitors are also invited to come early at 7am for bird banding. For a schedule of events, visit www.vtfishandwildlife.com

A Fall Craft Show is being held at 760 Grove Street in Brandon at Estabrook Field from 10am to 3pm. It is free admission and parking and there will be food trucks.

Sunday, October 8th

The Knights of Columbus are having a breakfast buffet at St. Peter’s Parish Hall on Main Street in Vergennes from 8am to 10am.

The Knights of Columbus DeGosbriand Council #279 is hosting a community breakfast from 9am to 11:30am in the St. Joseph’s Church Parish Center, 29 Allen Street in the heart of Burlington’s Old North End.

Friday October 13 thru Sunday October 15
