BUSINESS MANAGER

Are you ready to take the reins as our new Business Manager? After 33 incredible years, our Business Manager, is set to retire in January 2025, leaving some big shoes to fill. But if you have strong accounting skills, are proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, MS Office, and thrive as part of a team environment, you might be just the person we’re looking for! 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Monthly Invoicing & Collections: Keep our financials on track and ensure smooth cash flow. 
  • Sales Projection Reports: Generate multiple sales reports to help guide our business decisions. 
  • Data Entry: Handle additional data entry tasks with precision. 
  • Bank Deposits: Credit card payments, checks, ACH payments 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our CFO and General Manager every day.
