No purchase necessary. To be eligible to win, you must be 21 years or old, reside in VT or NY and have not won a prize from WIZN in the last 90 days. Contest period runs 6/16/17-8/18/17. To enter, complete and submit an entry form in an official registration box located at The Spanked Puppy in Colchester, VT. Grand prize consists of four passes to the Pump House Water Park at Jay Peak with lunch and has an estimated retail value of $150.
